Saint-Petersburg

Yesterday I returned from Saint-Petersburg.

Before my trip I wanted this visit, because I wanted to feel this atmosphere of underground and culture. When train stopped I understood that the weather in SPb is awful: rain, snow, wind. Brrrrrrr.... But in few minutes I got in my head that other stuff here is more bad. Roads, buildings, beer, air... I don't like it. One good thing I did is meeting with my cousins whom I haven't seen for 8 years.

My experiment

My first social-political experiment has been started literally few days ago.

Our country is preparing for election at the local authorities. I decided to participate in it. Not only as a journalist but as candidate. I gave in my documents to election committee in Thursday, past week. Tomorrow, I guess, I will have my papers for signatures collection. I just need to collect 75 signatures to become real "honorary" candidate :)

Why is it the experiment? It's just because I look like the "easy going guy", and theoretically have no any chances to become not only the part of authority, but candidate too. And if I will applied (nominee) and will collect more than 10% of votes, it means our society can elect anyone, no matter how he looks like.

"They" try to abolish Rammstein in Minsk

There will be a concert of Rammstein in Minsk at March 7th. But our "morality committee decided that the show of the band is very non-moral. Now they try to abolish this concert.

Mates, do you think it's normal? WTF, why do our authorities pry in that field of business?

For example, I don't like the music of this German music band. But I think it's the personal choice of everyone what to listen. If "comrades" want to see Rammstein and their amazing show, okay, do it.

I have a ticket to Saint-Petersburg in Wednesday. So I will arrive to the North capital of Russian Federation in Thursday in the morning.

I have three days to have my deals and meet my relatives.

Sports' weeks

Yeah. From today I got a few weeks of sports: Champions League and Olympic Games.

My favourite football team "Manchester United" will face with "AC Milan".

Belarusians will take participation in various challenges during Olimpic Games in Vancuver.
