Is city council angry?

Yesterday Babruisk regional independent newspaper "Babruiski kurier" issued with main topic "We again will no have a chance to select..."

In this article journalist of the newspaper said about stupid monopolistic decree that in city's shops and mall would sell milk produce only from local factory. There were sad that it was an initiative of the chairman of city council.

Editors office got a call from the ideologist of city council. That guy wanted to give in ministry of press a complaint. But he got full information about this fact and understood that it had been.

Interested to know, this main city council's ideologist thinks before does or not?
