Explosion in the center of the city of Babruisk

In my hometown (Babruisk) a hand-made bobm have been exploded. The main suspect is 40 years old man citizen of the city.

How inquest finds out, the man bought the bomb from his mate, who is 21 years old. They are accused by thecriminal code of Belarus.
